A simple SDL2 photo viewer that is keyboard navigated
Building from source
Dependencies
- A C++ compiler (g++, clang++)
- Meson + Ninja
- SDL2 development headers
- SDL_image development headers
Install build tools
# Debian/Ubuntu
sudo apt install build-essential meson ninja-build libsdl2-dev libsdl2-image-dev
# Fedora
sudo dnf install gcc-c++ meson ninja-build SDL2-devel SDL2_image-devel
# Arch
sudo pacman -S base-devel meson ninja sdl2 sdl2_image
Build and install
meson setup build
meson compile -C build
sudo meson install -C build
How to use
You set it as your default image viewer in your distro of choice (we only support freedesktop, most commonly linux/freebsd on other oses your mileage may vary, you would need to setup file assosiations yourself and there won't be a custom icon)
It is completely keyboard driven
- <- Previous image
- -> Next image
- HOME First image
- END Last image
- PGUP Go previous 20
- PGDOWN Go next 20
- O The image that was loaded when you started
- Esc Quit
